OYAIDE HSR-AG SILVER HEADSHELL WIRES
The 0.2mm 5N pure silver wires are made using advanced manufacturing processes that involves a continuous casting process in a high-frequency electric furnace, cold-rolling process, annealing operation and drawing process. The wires are stranded in seven lines to insure an adequate cross-sectional area and to minimize conductor resistance.
The employment of a double-layered silk covering insulator realises clean signal transmission without static electrical charge. Resin-based materials such as PVC or Teflon are easily negatively charged, whilst silk has an electric resistivity to static charge and excellent electrical characteristics. Moreover, the glass-fibre sleeve also has high insulation property and resistance to electrical static charge.
The rhodium-plated lead tip is made of phosphor bronze which promotes a higher level of adhesion with the contact pins.
